Base pay range

$120.00/hr - $120,130.00/hr

Position Description

• Work Dates Needed: Mar - Dec 2026; potential to extend
• Preferred Schedule: 8a-630p / 4/10s
• Scope of Work:
• NPs or PAs
• 100% Geriatrics
• 8-10 patients per shift
• Support Staff: RNs, MA, COA
• Independently evaluates patients, documents plan of care, some new patient evaluations (benign and malignant hematology), manages chemo toxicities
• Outpatient hematology experience preferred
• Chemotherapy prescribing experience (certification)
• Experience with bone marrow biopsy
• Epic proficient
• Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active CT license, BC, ONS chemotherapy cert, BLS, ACLS, DEA. Will consider waiting on a CT license.
