Job Summary: The Network & Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the organization’s network infrastructure and ensuring robust security across systems.

This role involves managing LAN/WAN/VPN environments, monitoring security threats, implementing security controls, and leading a team to maintain high availability and data protection standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain global LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and network devices Oversee implementation and management of network security systems Lead and supervise daily network operations and security activities Implement and manage security tools such as IDS/IPS, SIEM, and endpoint security solutions Conduct vulnerability assessments, risk analysis, and remediation planning Monitor network performance and resolve incidents in a timely manner Ensure network security compliance with organizational and regulatory standards Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors for upgrades and improvements Maintain proper documentation, SOPs, and disaster recovery plans Support business continuity and incident response planning Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field 5–8 years of experience in network and security management Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.) Hands-on experience with firewalls, VPNs, and security frameworks Experience in handling enterprise-level network infrastructure Good leadership and team management skills Preferred Skills & Certifications: Certifications like CCNA, CCNP, CEH, CISSP (preferred) Experience with cloud networking (AWS/Azure) Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Key Competencies: Leadership & team supervision Incident management Communication & coordination Attention to detail Decision-making under pressure Location: Bengaluru, Kalyan Nagar Apply Now: www.grupopremo.com
