About You:Multi-skilled engineer with strong mechanical expertise and electrical knowledgeExperience within FMCG or food manufacturing environmentsConfident fault-finder with a proactive, solutions-focused mindsetAble to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawingsStrong communicator with great teamwork and interpersonal skillsComfortable managing contractors and working across departmentsHealth & Safety and basic Food Hygiene awarenessAble to work under pressure in a fast-paced production environmentFlexible to work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (days and nights)Willing to work in varied environments (including freezer areas, boiler rooms, and at height) Key Responsibilities:Deliver strong plant performance through planned, preventative, and predictive maintenanceDiagnose and repair faults across mechanical and electrical systemsMaintain and improve OEE, MTTR, and overall equipment reliabilityCarry out routine inspections and ensure minimal downtime across siteMaintain machinery including motors, conveyors, pumps, and gearboxesSupport electrical systems, including panels, controls, and sensorsWork with PLCs and HMIs to troubleshoot and enhance automationEnsure compliance with health & safety and food safety standardsConduct audits, inspections and safely remove defective equipment where neededMaintain accurate maintenance records using CMMS systems (e.g.
