Job Description
Job Scope:Develop and submit quarterly promotional plans aligned with sales targets and brand strategy.Analyze trading terms and commercial performance of assigned key accounts to identify growth opportunities.Prepare and present monthly sales performance reports and actionable insights per account.Lead negotiation and resolution of commercial issues with key accounts in a timely and professional manner.Develop, propose, implement, and evaluate promotional programs to drive sales growth and market penetration.Negotiate trading terms and commercial agreements to ensure sustainable profitability.Conduct regular business reviews and maintain strong strategic relationships with key accounts.Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Operations and related teams to ensure smooth execution of promotional activities.Manage and control promotional budgets effectively to ensure optimal ROI.Monitor product availability, visibility, and in-store execution; prepare structured store visit reports.Oversee and optimize Beauty Advisor (BA) productivity in coordination with TL BA MT. Job Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in any major.Minimum 2 years of experience in Key Account Management.Proven experience handling Modern Trade accounts within FMCG or beauty industry (experience with HABA accounts is an advantage).Strong commercial negotiation and analytical skills.Detail-oriented with strong budgeting control capabilities.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.Demonstrates discipline, accountability, and integrity.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
