Motion Graphic Designer

Job Title: Motion Graphic Designer / Video Editor Experience: 2–3 Years Location: Gurgaon Role Overview We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer / Video Editor to produce engaging visual content for digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of storytelling, design aesthetics, and video editing skills, with the ability to turn ideas into compelling visual narratives. Key Responsibilities · Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for social media, ads, websites, and campaigns · Edit raw footage into polished videos with attention to pacing, transitions, sound, and storytelling · Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to understand project requirements · Develop storyboards, concepts, and visual styles for video projects · Add visual effects, motion elements, typography, and sound design · Ensure brand consistency across all video and motion assets · Optimize videos for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) · Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and techniques Required Skills & Qualifications · 2–6 years of experience in motion graphics and video editing · Proficiency in tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop · Basic understanding of animation principles, typography, and color theory · Strong storytelling and visual communication skills · Experience with social media content formats and trends · Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Good to Have · Experience with Cinema 4D / Blender / 3D tools · Knowledge of sound design and video production workflows · Familiarity with AI-based editing tools or plugins · Basic scripting or expressions in After Effects Portfolio Requirement · A strong portfolio/showreel showcasing motion graphics and video editing work is mandatory Soft Skills · Creative thinker with attention to detail · Good communication and collaboration skills · Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly · Self-motivated and proactive What We Offer · Opportunity to work on diverse and exciting projects · Collaborative and creative work environment · Growth and learning opportunities
