Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Designer to create visually compelling animations and video content for digital platforms. The ideal candidate should possess strong motion design skills and must have basic knowledge or hands-on experience with AI tools to enhance creativity, speed, and production quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital marketing, social media, and branding
• Design high-quality visual assets for ads, reels, promotional videos, and campaigns
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements
• Edit and optimize videos for multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, websites, ads, etc.)
• Use AI-powered tools to enhance creative workflows, video generation, visual concepts, and editing efficiency
• Ensure brand consistency across all motion design deliverables
• Stay updated with the latest design, animation, and AI trends

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Motion Graphics / Video Editing
• Strong command over Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro
• Good understanding of animation principles, transitions, and storytelling
• Basic knowledge or practical experience with AI tools is mandatory (for content generation, video enhancement, or creative support)
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI tools like Runway ML, Mid journey, Pika Labs, or similar platforms
• Experience in creating ad creatives, reels, or performance marketing videos
• Knowledge of 2D/3D animation tools is an added advantage
