About the RoleWe are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Media Buyer to manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital advertising platforms targeting the United States market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and scaling campaigns that drive customer acquisition while maintaining target ROI and profitability metrics.This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of performance marketing, and the ability to work collaboratively with creative, analytics, product, and business teams. Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign ManagementPlan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Discovery, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).Manage additional channels such as Native, Programmatic, TikTok, Reddit, and LinkedIn as required.Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to maximize conversions and ROI.Scale successful campaigns while maintaining profitability targets.Performance OptimizationAnalyze KPIs including CPC, CTR, CPA/CAC, ROAS, Conversion Rate, Revenue, and Margin metricsConduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, landing pages, audience targeting, and bid strategiesContinuously identify opportunities to improve campaign performanceAudience & Market StrategyDevelop audience targeting strategies specific to the US marketManage remarketing, lookalike, and customer acquisition campaignsStay updated on market trends, platform changes, and competitive activitiesAnalytics & ReportingGenerate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reportsUse analytics tools to identify insights and growth opportunitiesTrack campaign performance against acquisition and revenue targetsPresent findings and recommendations to stakeholders Required QualificationBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Analytics, or a related field.2 to 6 years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns.Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (Must Have)Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, GA4, and GTM.Experience managing significant advertising budgets.Strong analytical and reporting skills.Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.Experience managing campaigns targeting the US market. (Must Have)
Preferred QualificationsExperience in FinTech, Lead Generation, Affiliate Marketing, AdTech, or Consumer Internet businesses.Familiarity with Looker Studio, AppsFlyer, Branch, Tableau, and SQL.Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications preferred.
