Mechanical Engineer (Wilmington)

The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical design experience with hands-on expertise in Autodesk Inventor for creating equipment designs and detailed engineering drawings.

Must have:

• Hands-on experience with CAD tools, specifically Autodesk Inventor, for equipment design and engineering drawings.
• Strong understanding of engineering materials, including material properties, selection, and application priorities.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to support equipment and machine design solutions.

Additional Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience; no maximum experience limit.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred. Candidates with other engineering degrees may be considered if technically strong.
• Exceptional candidates with an Associate degree may also be considered.
• Strong preference for candidates with exposure to or knowledge of control systems, including PLC programming.
• Strong communication skills.
