Key Responsibilities-Support daily operational and strategic projects across departments-Analyze business processes and propose improvement initiatives-Work closely with mentors and managers to achieve learning objectives-Demonstrate leadership potential and strong accountability

Qualifications-Master’s degree or PhD from a reputable university, in any major-Fresh graduates or maximum 2 years of working experience-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills-Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)-Willing to be placed in any company location-Highly motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn
