Key Responsibilities
•Strategic Contribution & Planning: Support the Director of Marketing in shaping global marketing plans, providing input based on campaign performance, market insights, and execution learnings. •Campaign Oversight: Leadthe coordination and rollout of global marketing campaigns across digital channels (paid, organic, email, events), ensuring timely and integrated execution. •Performance Management: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance (KPIs, ROI), providing actionable insights to optimize results and inform future planning. •SEO / AEO / GEO Alignment: Support the implementation and ongoing optimization of global discoverability strategies across search, answer engines, and generative platforms. •Product Marketing Support: Collaborate with product and sales teams to help refine messaging, support GTM initiatives, and ensure alignment with global positioning. •Content Direction: Develop content and marketing assets ensuring alignment with campaign goals, brand voice, and messaging frameworks. •Team Coordination: Act as a day-to-dayleadfor execution, guiding Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist and ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery of marketing initiatives. •Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with global stakeholders across product, sales, andleadership to ensure marketing efforts support broader business objectives. •Market & Competitive Insights: Synthesize research and campaign insights to support positioning and marketing effectiveness. •Marketing Operations Oversight: Ensure effective execution using CMS, marketing automation, and analytics tools, while identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. • 10+ years of marketing experience in B2B marketing, SaaS, cloud, telecom, or technology sectors. • Proven track record in demand generation and pipeline growth.• Strong understanding of digital marketing, marketing automation tools, and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) • Experience in product marketing and GTM execution • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills • Analytical mindset with a focus on metrics and ROISkills & Competencies
