Job Description
Casa Nela, a New York City-based hospitality group, is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. This role is pivotal in supporting the execution of marketing strategies across our renowned neighborhood restaurants: Bobo, Roey’s, Claudette, and Rosemary’s (four locations). The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in promoting our mission to build community through our passion for food and hospitality.
Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities
Social Media Management (Instagram & TikTok)
- Curate and schedule content for Instagram and TikTok using monthly editorial calendars.
- Route copy and creative through the Marketing Manager for approval as required to ensure brand alignment.
- Post and monitor content, manage incoming DMs and comments, and maintain a positive, brand-aligned voice across all interactions.
- Repost tagged stories and posts; comment on all tagged content to drive engagement.
- Engage daily with our community to foster positive growth and increased following.
Influencer Coordination
- Manage influencer outreach and invitations to grow brand awareness.
- Evaluate dining requests for alignment with brand goals; manage reservations and internal communication for approved guests.
- Track and report on influencer dining budgets and outcomes monthly.
Photography & Videography
- Capture in-house content for campaigns, headshots, menu changes, daily specials, promotional events, and more.
- Collaborate with marketing leadership to execute creative shot lists and visions.
- Coordinate with FOH, BOH, and GMs to fulfill photography needs.
- Ensure accurate and concise communication with onsite team (FOH & BOH) to keep designated timeframe and complete scheduled content.
- Ensure high-quality, on-brand imagery for social media, delivery platforms (e.g., Toast) and digital use.
Website & Online Platform Maintenance
- Update websites and online listings (e.g., BentoBox, Squarespace, GMB, Yelp, Resy/OpenTable) with current hours, menus, photos, and promotional content.
- Ensure consistency and brand alignment across all digital platforms.
- Respond to and action weekly Guest Relations team audits.
Menu Management
- Assist with formatting and updating menus to meet brand standards and ensure visual appeal.
- Use Canva templates for special offerings like holiday menus.
- Organize and coordinate photoshoots for new menu items.
On-Site & Collateral Management
- Assist in ordering/printing and updating of in-store materials (e.g., A-frame signs, community boards, check presenters).
Donation Requests
- Evaluate incoming donation requests for brand fit and manage fulfillment of approved requests.
Track and report on monthly donation budgets and distribute gift cards or other items as needed.
Brand Asset & Digital Organization
- Maintain organized archives in Lightroom and Google Drive for all marketing assets and content.
- Ensure easy accessibility and organization of content for all teams.
