Your typical dayYou'll be leading the charge in driving sales accountability and empowering your team to be their absolute best. This means setting clear goals, providing coaching and development, and strategizing on market opportunities to achieve outstanding results together!
Responsibilities- Driving Growth & Building Relationships: You'll be key in understanding the market and building strong connections with clients to grow our business and increase our market share.
- Leading for Success: You'll empower your team by setting clear goals, providing guidance, and fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Ensuring Top-Notch Delivery: You'll work to make sure our talent and client satisfaction scores are excellent, focusing on quality experiences for everyone.
- Strategic Planning & Execution: You'll be analyzing data, setting sales targets, and working with the delivery team to create and implement effective talent strategies.
- Championing Improvement & Innovation: You'll encourage the adoption of new tools and ways of working to boost efficiency and help your team achieve even greater results.
- You must have at least 5 years of staffing industry leadership experience.
- You have achieved sustainable business growth, gained market share, and has maximized productivity with a business span of at least $1M.
- History of outperformance leading a sales team through change.
- Proven performance leading through both accountability and people enablement.
