Manager - Retail Projects MumbaiThe Souled Store is one of India's fastest-growing youth fashion brands with 60+ stores across the country and an ambitious retail expansion roadmap.We are looking for an experienced Manager - Retail Projects to lead end-to-end store development across Pan India. This role will be responsible for store planning, design coordination, project execution, quality control, vendor management, and successful store launches.Key Responsibilities:• Lead end-to-end retail store rollout projects across India from planning to launch.• Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.• Review layouts, BOQs, technical drawings, and execution plans.• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per brand standards.• Manage contractors, procurement timelines, project budgets, and execution schedules.• Drive quality control and consistency across all store formats.• Monitor project progress and resolve execution challenges proactively.• Lead multiple store launches simultaneously while maintaining operational excellence.Requirements:• 12-15+ years of experience in Retail Projects, Store Development, Retail Expansion, or Interior Fit-outs.• Strong experience managing Pan-India retail rollout projects.• Expertise in store planning, design coordination, and execution management.• Strong understanding of retail fixtures, materials, MEP coordination, and construction processes.• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and BOQs.• Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and project management skills.• Experience in Fashion, Lifestyle, Retail, QSR, or Consumer brands preferred.Location: MumbaiExperience: 11-15+ Years
