Good understanding of ESG principles, climate risks, global reporting standards and key issues impacting sustainable finance, investment decision-making process and governance frameworks.In-depth understanding on non-financial disclosure standards in India and globallyContinuous following and updating the understanding on evolving trends in ESG disclosures, sustainable finance, competing ESG assessmentsThe candidate should have an experience in handling Sustainability/ ESG assignments/projects in ratings/strategy/consulting domainAbility to create detailed reports and benchmarks across multiple sectors on ESG indicators and linking the same to operating and financial metricsEngage with regulators and partners for creating value and alignment with strategic goals.Deliver high impact presentations to clients and internal committeesWriting articles to showcase thought leadershipThe Successful Applicant
A successful Manager - ESG Ratings should have:
Experience in leading ESG ratings or sustainability assignments with strong analytical acumenProven ability to engage and manage senior stakeholdersExperience in managing people/teams. Positive attitude and ability to work well with peers and reportees within tight deadlinesAbility to think out of the box and come out with innovative solutions/ideasExcellent oral communication and presentation skills. Ability to structure and write high-quality reportsSound excel, technology, automation and AI skillsCollaboration with other internal teams focused on ESG and sustainability
