Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense Job responsibilities : Provides leadership and managerial direction to the Certification team specialized in Electrical discipline supporting multiple Collins SBU’s with cross functional teams Manages, develops and motivates the team of experienced engineers on Electrical Certification, Software Certification and Qualification Testing.

Develops and maintains strategic partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and direct reports. Accountable for project planning, developing and administering budget, schedules and performance standards for multiple projects Accountable for managing program risks and developing mitigation plans. Perform resource planning, analyses hiring requirements, metrics and trends to influence team strategy and performance.

Performs competency assessment, arrange training & performance discussions Drives process excellence, continuous improvements and ensure compliance. Leads departmental/organizational initiatives. Explores and drives strategic growth opportunities for test equipment.

Qualifications You Must Have *: 12-15 years of relevant experience in Electronics product development & Qualification testing with at least 6-8 Years of experience in Project and People Management. Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent degree. Qualifications We Prefer : Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering along with hands on working experience with RTCA DO-160, DO-254 and DO-178 standards for airborne equipment's.
