As the Manager of Business Intelligence on our Analytics team, you will lead a team of Data Analysts who are responsible for providing dashboards and actionable insights to all of our operational departments—including Account Servicing, Finance, and Legal. Reporting directly to the Director of Business Intelligence, this role offers a leadership position with the opportunity to advance our analytics foundation and processes. In this role you will

• Manage and grow a team of Data Analysts.
• Partner with leaders and operational analysts to produce dashboards, KPIs, and actionable insights that enable data‑driven decisions.
• Become a go‑to resource for shaping key metrics in each department.
• Oversee project management for Business Intelligence projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with Analytics Engineering to build scalable data models and business logic that support all analyses and dashboards.
• Stay informed on new tools and trends, recommending ideas to elevate the team and improve delivery of business intelligence.
• Champion the adoption of AI‑based solutions, such as Snowflake Intelligence, to empower stakeholders with natural‑language querying and automated insights.

Role Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst/Manager or Analytics Engineer.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• 1+ year of experience using Snowflake (including Snowflake Intelligence) and dbt preferred.
• Expert‑level SQL and data modeling skills.
• Experience building data visualizations with Tableau or similar tools (e.g., Looker, PowerBI).
• Ability to devise solutions for complex business problems.
• Excellent collaboration skills with stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Compensation

Annual Salary: $137,000 – $187,000

Annual Bonus: Potential additional 15% bonus.
