Manager- Accounts & Finance (CA)

The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end financial accounting, statutory compliances, taxation, MIS reporting, and finalization of balance sheets. The role ensures compliance with statutory requirements, accurate financial reporting, and supports management decision-making.

Finalization of monthly & annual Balance Sheet, P&L.Preparation and review of MIS reports for management.Handling GST compliances.Managing TDS compliances.Filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR) and advance tax computation.Handling Direct & Indirect Tax assessments, notices, audits.Coordination with statutory, internal & tax auditors.Ledger scrutiny, provisions, accruals & reconciliations.Ensuring compliance with Companies Act & Accounting Standards.Team handling and process improvement initiatives.

Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, Income Tax, TDS.Hands-on experience in Balance Sheet finalization.Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP / Tally / Oracle / etc).Advanced MS Excel and reporting skills.Strong analytical, communication, and team management abilities.Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple compliances.

Qualification and Experience:

CA with 5-10 years (Manufacturing preferred).Should be a thinker capable of designing effective systems and procedures, with a focus on implementation.
