Maintenance Supervisor - Utility

Qualifications:Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering plus 2 - 3 years of experience.Industrial knowledge and experience in plant services.Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) experience.Strong understanding of heat exchangers and fluid mechanics is highly preferred.Proficiency in low-voltage control systems and the interpretation of P&ID diagrams.Comprehensive knowledge of WWTP systems, particularly in treatment process operations Job Description:Ensure all machines, equipment, and company facilities are well-maintained.Monitor and reduce energy usage.Ensure proper waste handling and environmental compliance.Support and guide the maintenance team.Help manage maintenance budget and costs.Improve team efficiency and control overtime.Coordinate with external parties for smooth operations.Oversee maintenance and project work.Train and develop the maintenance team.Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are followed.Handle compliance, reports, and certifications.Maintain related documents.
