Healthcare Investment Banking Associate / VP – London £90,000 -£115,000 Plus Bonus An international mid-market investment bank is seeking a talented professional to join its Healthcare team in London. This is an excellent opportunity to work on global healthcare M&A transactions, supporting deal execution, financial analysis, valuation work, client presentations and transaction management across a range of healthcare sub-sectors. This opportunity is within a high-performing, international team where you will gain exposure to complex cross-border healthcare transactions while working closely with senior bankers and industry-leading clients.

The role also offers opportunities to contribute to business development and sector origination initiatives. Key Requirements 4–7 years’ experience in investment banking, corporate finance or M&A advisory Strong transaction execution experience with exposure to key M&A workstreams Advanced financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills Solid understanding of accounting and financial statements Excellent organisational and project management abilities Collaborative team player with the ability to support and mentor junior colleagues Proactive, self-motivated and interested in developing healthcare sector expertise The Opportunity Join a high-performing, international team and gain exposure to complex cross-border healthcare transactions while working closely with senior bankers and industry-leading clients.
