Job Description
Enhance patient health as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at our ambulatory clinic. Engage with patients and healthcare teams through effective care coordination in Kansas. This full-time position focuses on utilizing the nursing process to support patient health initiatives.
Responsibilities include greeting patients, administering medications, documenting vital signs, and managing follow-up procedures. You’ll work within established standards, ensuring safety and adhering to nursing policies while providing emotional and physical support.
