Logistics Intern – UK Team Hello and welcome! At Sungrow, we are on a mission to power a cleaner world. As a part of our logistics team, we invite you to join us as a Logistics Intern in the UK.
Responsibilities Support logistics activities for project deliveries including supplier RFQs, tender preparation, and transportation route planning across the UK and Europe. Follow up on live shipments and coordinate with internal teams and logistics service providers to ensure on‑time, in‑full last‑mile delivery. Collaborate closely with Project Managers and internal stakeholders to maintain clear communication and smooth project logistics.
Assist with cost control by comparing supplier quotations, tracking costs, and supporting basic KPI monitoring. Collect and analyze data to identify process gaps and help support continuous improvement initiatives. Manage logistics documentation and ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements, including invoice checking and monthly reporting.
Qualifications Currently studying or recently graduated in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Business, or a related field. Interest and basic understanding of international forwarding, Incoterms, customs clearance, and EU inland transportation. Willingness to learn about IATA regulations, Dangerous Goods handling, supplier management, and RFQ processes.
Proactive, hands‑on, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment. Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a willingness to take ownership of tasks. Comfortable working with data and structured reporting; solid MS Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint), with ERP or WMS knowledge considered a plus.
