Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays each week, 8am to 4:30pm

30 minute unpaid lunch

•Staffed with 1 NP, 1 MA, .5 Behavioral Health Counselor

•See adults only

•Dispensing site

•Work related physicals

Vermont License and DEA required

Must have two years of experience as an NP

Prefer drive in candidates do to part-time.
