A rare opportunity for an experienced Livestock Manager with strong beef breeding knowledge to lead a specialist pedigree beef herd of Aberdeen Angus, Simmental, and Hereford cattle. Are you ready to take charge of a progressive beef breeding enterprise? This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role within a mixed farming business that includes a beef enterprise, free-range poultry unit, and arable operation across 1,100 acres in the picturesque market town of South Lincolnshire.

This family-owned business also offers accommodation, with excellent local amenities and both primary and secondary schools close by. Key Responsibilities: The day-to-day running of the beef farming enterprise. Manage and provide training to the team.

Maintain accurate breeding plans and farm records. Able to take youngstock through to finishing, as well as breeding replacements. Liaise with vets, nutritionists, and farm representatives.
