Legal Assistant (Plaintiff Litigation) – Part‑time as needed – Remote

Small Broward County personal injury law firm is seeking a legal assistant to support a busy solo attorney in a part‑time capacity, as needed. This is a long‑term position. The attorney is currently reviewing resumes.

• This is a remote position; must be fully equipped to work from home.
• The ideal candidate will have 5 or more years of experience in Florida personal injury law.
• Will be able to take a case from start to finish.
• Knowledge of both litigation and pre‑suit work is a must.
• The position requires someone who is a people person and has excellent phone skills.
• The attorney is easy to work with, but considers himself to be meticulous.
