Leasing Consultant

Job Title: Leasing Consultant - Multifamily / Conventional Leasing / Location: Atlanta, GA (Sandy Springs/North Buckhead area) Pay: $21-22/hour + commission on new leases and renewals Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week with rotating schedule (must be open to weekends)

Our client is a well-established property management company specializing in multifamily residential communities. Known for maintaining high standards across their properties, they focus on delivering exceptional resident experiences, strong leasing performance, and a polished, professional community environment.

They are looking for you, an experienced Leasing Consultant with a strong background in conventional multifamily leasing. This is a direct hire opportunity where you will play a key role in driving occupancy, maintaining resident relationships, and supporting overall property operations.

What you get to do: • Tour prospective residents and close leases (target 25% closing ratio) • Manage the full leasing cycle including applications, lease execution, and renewals • Provide excellent customer service to residents, prospects, and vendors • Conduct move-in/move-out inspections and maintain show-ready units • Maintain knowledge of market comps and pricing strategies • Support marketing efforts through calls, outreach, and locator relationships • Coordinate resident events and engagement initiatives • Process applications, update records, and manage administrative leasing tasks • Submit and track maintenance requests and work orders

What you need to succeed: • 2-3 years of multifamily leasing experience (conventional leases required) • Experience working in apartment communities (no single-family or Section 8-only backgrounds) • Familiarity with property management software (Yardi, OneSite, etc. preferred) • Stable work history (no job hopping) • Professional appearance (no visible tattoos or facial piercings per company policy) • Reliable transportation and ability to commute
