Lead- NPD and Customer Quality

V-Guard Industries Ltd. is looking for a highly experienced Electronics Quality professional to lead Quality for our Inverter and Stabilizer product categories. Key Expectations:15-18 years of experience in Power Electronics / Consumer Durables / ElectricalsStrong expertise in Quality Assurance, Field Quality, and Product ReliabilityHands-on leader with proven strength in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), CAPA, and failure analysisExperience in customer interaction, complaint resolution, and cross-functional coordinationExperience in Research and Development of electronics/power electronics products (2-3Yrs).Ability to drive result-oriented improvements across suppliers, factories, and fieldComfortable with extensive travel and on-ground problem solvingStrong stakeholder management with R&D, Manufacturing, SCM, and Service teams What We're Looking For:
