Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Executive to support our sales and growth efforts. This role focuses on identifying potential customers, initiating contact through cold calling and email campaigns, and qualifying leads for the sales team. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, skilled in written communication, and experienced with outbound lead generation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential prospects using online tools, databases, and market research
Generate leads through cold calling, outbound emails, and follow-up campaigns
Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns for lead nurturingQualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteriaMaintain accurate records of calls, emails, and lead status in CRM systemsSchedule meetings or demos for the sales teamCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategiesMeet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targetsRequired Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, or inside sales
Hands-on experience with email outreach and campaign toolsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to handle objections and maintain a positive attitudeStrong organizational and time-management skillsSelf-motivated with a target-driven mindsetPreferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B lead generationKnowledge of sales funnels and prospect qualification methodsBasic understanding of marketing automation tools
