Junior Paraplanner

Salary/Rate: To £35,000 + Discretionary Bonus + Benefits Package Your starting salary will be £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience and exam progress. Bonus, pension, DIS (x4) and support with exams. 25 days holiday plus an extra 2‑3 days during Christmas. Office based in Leeds; flexible working one day a week. What you’ll do Work with the firm’s two planners advising clients with £1m+. Client contact, cashflow modelling and lifestyle financial planning. Develop a career as a paraplanner with potential advancement over time. What you’ll need About 12 months paraplanning experience (not essential). Current admin or research roles acceptable. Willingness and capacity to learn quickly.
