Job DescriptionJob DescriptionLocation: Guaynabo PRThe IT Solutions Delivery Lead is a high-impact role engineered to close the gap between strategy and execution. This role ensures that approved technology initiatives move forward with discipline, accountability, and momentum – from structured intake through successful deployment. This is a delivery-focused role for someone who is organized, business-savvy, and skilled at keeping people and initiatives aligned.
Responsibilities: Receive and structure technology requests surfaced by the IT Business Partners and/or Business Units leadership, ensuring each is documented, scoped, and ready for prioritization review.Facilitate intake sessions to validate requirements, surface dependencies, and identify gaps before work is committed.Maintain a clear, current view of the demand pipeline and communicate its status across the unit.Drive approved roadmap initiatives from kickoff through go-live, maintaining accountability for scope, timeline, and stakeholder alignment.Coordinate with IT Business Partners, technical teams, vendors, and any engaged stakeholder to keep delivery on track and decisions moving.Proactively surface risks and blockers with context and a recommended path forward.Partner with the IT Business Partners to ensure a consistent, professional experience for the business units from request through delivery.Communicate progress, decisions, and outcomes clearly to operational stakeholders.Represent active initiatives in cross-functional meetings, providing confident and accurate status updates.Lead go-live readiness activities to ensure teams are prepared, trained, and supported at deployment.Coordinate post-launch adoption tracking with IT Business Partners and flag performance gaps that require follow-up.Ensure clean handoff of deployed solutions to operations, with documentation and support structures in place. Required: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field required.4–6 years of experience in IT delivery, technology operations, or business analysis roles with demonstrated ownership of technology initiatives end-to-end.Experience working in a regulated or healthcare environment is strongly preferred.Familiarity with specialty pharmacy, home infusion, hub, or similar healthcare operations is a strong plus.
