What You’ll Do• Identify and research investment opportunities aligned with our focus areas• Screen deals and recommend opportunities for deeper due diligence• Support end-to-end due diligence (market, financial, strategic)• Build financial models and perform valuation analysis• Assist in structuring deals, preparing term sheets, and supporting negotiations• Coordinate transaction execution and closing processes• Prepare investment memos and support syndication with co-investors• Monitor portfolio companies and engage with management teams• Drive value creation initiatives, especially for underperforming assets• Support fundraising efforts and investor communications• Contribute to improving internal investment processes and governance

What We’re Looking For• 2+ years of experience in audit, corporate finance, or equity research• Strong background in financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence• Advanced Excel skills (essential)• Degree in Finance or Accounting• Strong analytical thinking and business acumen• Excellent communication skills in English• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities• Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset
