Job Description
Role OverviewElevate is partnering with a leading global technology organisation to hire a Global Due Diligence & Investigations Lawyer based in Bangalore. This is a 2-year fixed-term contract engagement requiring 4-5 days onsite, where you will work closely with the internal legal and compliance teams. The role focuses on supporting cross-border investigations and due diligence initiatives across APAC regions, offering exposure to high-impact, global work within a dynamic environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesConduct investigative research and intelligence gathering across APAC jurisdictionsSupport third-party / vendor due diligence processesAssist with internal investigations and risk assessmentsProvide compliance and regulatory support (including anti-corruption and business integrity matters)Partner with cross-functional teams across global regionsDeliver clear, actionable insights to support decision-making
Required Experience & QualificationsA minimum of 5 years of experience as a lawyer or investigations/compliance professional.Experience in due diligence and investigations, compliance and risk advisory, business integrity, internal investigations, anti-corruption, and regulatory or third-party risk.Exposure to APAC or cross-border mattersStrong analytical and stakeholder management skillsFull professional proficiency in both English and Hindi is highly preferred.Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
