Interview Engineer- Backend

What You'll Do • Conduct backend technical interviews with software developers using a structured, bias- free platform • Assess candidates' coding skills, system design thinking, technical knowledge, communication, and problem-solving approach • Provide clear, objective written feedback on each candidate's performance • Help refine interview content and processes over time What We're Looking For • Minimum 5+ years of professional backend development experience (strict requirement — applications below 5 years will not be considered) • Strong hands-on backend coding experience in one or more of: Java, Python • Solid fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, OOP, databases, and API/system design • Immediate availability to join — candidates with notice periods will be deprioritized • Excellent English communication, written and verbal, with a professional, candidate- friendly manner • A reliable webcam, microphone, and stable internet connection • Prior experience conducting technical interviews is a plus • 100% remote — work from anywhere • Flexible hours — choose a commitment that suits you (40 hours minimum per week) • A great fit for senior backend engineers who want meaningful, flexible work alongside their main role
