Job Description Job Description · Must be a self-starter . · The Ability and Experience working as a TEAM member. · Professional Experience in Customer Service and Purchasing · Excellent Communication Skills · Excellent Organizational Skills · Purchasing and Sales Experience – minimum of 2 years · Excellent Microsoft Office skills – Word and Excel · Prepare Packaging, shipping, and documents required for shipping. · Ability to lift 20lbs. · Inventory Experience a Plus · Acknowledge Receipt of Purchase Order from Customer. · Enter sales order into Sage · Verify Pricing, Inventory, Payment Terms, Shipping and Billing addresses. · Keep Customer up to date on progress of their order. · Credit Card Orders give to Accounts Receivable for processing. · Once product is received, packing slip and ship. · Order components for Customer’s Order or for Stock · Prepare International Shipping Documents that are required by Customs. · Follow up on acknowledgements; be sure acknowledgement is accurate. · Follow up on components lead times, shipments, receivers. · Be sure Customer is made aware of any delays and back orders. · Order and maintain stock inventory.
