Compensation & Work Schedule

• Salary: Up to ₹50,000/month (based on experience)
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Weekly Off: Sunday + 2nd & 4th Saturday

Key Responsibilities

• Experience managing multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously
• Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns from outreach to execution
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers and talent agencies
• Identify relevant creators aligned with brand goals and trends
• Coordinate content approvals, timelines, and deliverables
• Track campaign performance, engagement, and ROI
• Work closely with social media and creative teams for campaign execution

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in influencer marketing
• Mandatory agency experience
• Strong understanding of Instagram and creator ecosystem
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience managing multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously

Preferred

• Experience with beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brands
• Understanding of UGC and short-form content trends
• Basic reporting and campaign tracking knowledge
