Job Description
We are seeking a Manager, Influencer Marketing to join our team. The role will focus on executing influencer partnerships for a variety of clients and requires strong knowledge of the influencer space, campaign management, and relationship building. The position is primarily remote, with occasional in-office requirements depending on business needs.
ResponsibilitiesInfluencer SourcingIdentify influencers that align with client demographics and campaign goals.Stay up to date on trending creators across platforms.Utilize influencer marketing tools to discover and evaluate partners.Share insights and educate the team on influencer tools and best practices.Influencer Campaign ManagementAct as the main point of contact for clients and influencer partners.Manage the end-to-end content creation process, from briefing to approvals and posting.Oversee contracts and deliverables to ensure campaign goals are met.Track progress, provide internal updates, and resolve campaign challenges effectively.Maintain organized campaign documentation.Influencer ReportingCollect performance metrics and results from influencer content.Analyze outcomes to generate actionable insights.Stay informed of platform updates and trends across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.Support strategy development and contribute to ongoing innovation in influencer marketing Qualifications3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media strategy, or related roles.Proven track record of building and managing influencer relationships.Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.Experience negotiating contracts with influencers.Familiarity with influencer and content management tools.Background in working with beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands is a plus.Knowledge of paid social media to support influencer campaigns.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while working collaboratively across teams.
