Intreped Partners, LLC (including its subsidiary Global Systems Engineering, LLC) is seeking a HVAC Controls Technician / EMCS Technician II (Programming & Systems Focus) to support advanced Energy Management Control System (EMCS) functions at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland. This role emphasizes system programming, graphics development, diagnostics, and data management within a Siemens-based environment supporting mission-critical infrastructure.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerform control system programming and sequence modificationsDevelop and update system graphics within the EMCS interfaceConduct system diagnostics and performance analysisPerform trend analysis and support system optimization effortsExecute system backups (minimum quarterly)Perform database and controller-level diagnosticsSupport preventive maintenance program executionAssist with annual facility inspectionsSupport integration of new devices, system upgrades, and expansionsEnsure system consistency with existing Siemens architecture

Required QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of experience in BAS or control systemsExperience programming or configuring control systemsExperience with graphics development and visualization toolsExperience working with trend logs, databases, and system diagnosticsStrong understanding of HVAC systems and control sequences

Preferred QualificationsDirect experience with Siemens Desigo, Apogee, or Insight systemsExperience with system backups, databases, and panel diagnosticsFamiliarity with ICS cybersecurity practices and RMF environments

Security & Access RequirementsAbility to obtain and maintain a DoD-issued security clearance (U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a clearance)Ability to pass a background investigation and obtain base access

Work RequirementsFull-time, 100% on-site at Joint Base Andrews, MDParticipation in emergency response support as needed
