Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Ode, Gujarat. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, managing employee relations, developing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace environment. Additional tasks include performance management, training and development, and maintaining comprehensive HR records.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and talent management
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor regulations
• Proficiency in performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution
• Skills in training, development, and fostering workforce engagement
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in HR software and tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM or PHR) are a strong plus
• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry is beneficial
• Must fluently speak in english , hindi , Gujarati
• Must know HRMS software working nature
• Must have experience in API/ Formulation pharmaceutical companies
