We are looking for an HR Manager who can handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee management. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining a positive work environment, handling employee concerns, and ensuring company policies are followed.
The role also includes managing performance, employee engagement, and supporting team growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HR policies & employee handling
- Basic understanding of performance management
- Graduate (HR or related field preferred)
- HR tools/software knowledge is a plus
