We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and innovative HR Professional to join our dynamic Employee Relations team. Working within a fast‑paced hospital setting you will support a diverse workforce, including clinical and non‑clinical teams, helping to create a positive, supportive and highly performing workplace.
We are looking for a proactive, knowledgeable and committed HR Professional who can drive this vision forward. The role is instrumental in delivering a high‑quality HR service, supporting staff across the organisation to achieve meaningful outcomes aligned with the Trust’s values so they can continue to provide outstanding care to our patients. We operate a hybrid model of on site and home working.
Locations: Cross site - Yeomans Way, Royal Bournemouth Hospital and Poole Hospital. Responsibilities Provide expert advice and guidance on aspects of employment law and best practice as well as the interpretation and application of employment terms and conditions, policies and national directives. Manage employee relations caseloads, including supporting complex grievances, disciplinary, attendance management, civility and performance cases.
Support Employment Tribunals and maintain your own portfolio within a programme of work. Provide leadership, manage and develop Senior HR Advisors and HR Advisors, empowering them to deliver and driving continuous improvement. Our values define who we are as TeamUHD.
