Human Resources Consultant / Hr Consultant

• Plan and execute HR and management projects.
• Communicate effectively with clients and project teams to understand project requirements and scope.
• Participate in various projects, including process streamlining, job redesign, recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, and training.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings to discuss project updates and address issues.
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion.
• Follow up with potential customers
• Participate in marketing campaigns

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in English and Chinese for effective client communication.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in HR and management at both SMEs and big organisations
• Willingness to engage with clients regularly.
• Experience in HR consulting or management consulting

Basic salary $5000 plus profit sharing
