We are looking for a HR Admin to support our growth.
Responsibilites:Manage all employee administration, including personal data, employment contracts, contract renewals, leave, permits, and attendance records.Ensure all employee data is properly maintained, accurate, and updated in the HRIS/Talenta system and manual filing.Monitor daily attendance, work rosters, lateness, overtime, leave, and employee permits.Act as the first point of contact for all employee HR administrative matters.Input and verify attendance, overtime, leave, and employee data changes in the hotel HR system.Support the payroll process by preparing salary, overtime, service charge, BPJS, and other deduction data.Calculate Service Charge based on the applicable cut-off period.Ensure payroll and service charge calculations are accurate and in accordance with company policies.Handle employee BPJS Health and BPJS Employment administration, including registration, data updates, and administrative claims.Manage correspondence and administrative matters with the Manpower Office, BPJS, and other third parties.Coordinate with Head Office and all related departments regarding HR administrative requirements.Prepare HR documents such as employment certificates, warning letters, transfer letters, and other administrative documents.Ensure all HR administration processes comply with labor regulations and company policies.Maintain the confidentiality of all employee, payroll, and HR documents.Support other HR activities as required by the department and direct supervisor.
Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Hospitality Management, Human Resource Management, or related field.Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources Administration / Personnel Administration.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply with at least 6 months of internship, OJT, or Daily Worker experience in a hotel environment.Familiarity with HR systems such as Talenta, HRIS, and VHP is an advantage.Good understanding of hotel employee administration, including attendance, leave, employment contracts, and employee personal data.Basic knowledge of labor regulations and employment administration.Able to monitor and manage daily attendance, overtime, work rosters, leave, and employee permits.Understand the basics of payroll calculation, including basic salary, service charge, overtime, and BPJS.Able to calculate MK Service Charge based on the applicable cut-off period.Proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain accurate records.High integrity with the ability to maintain confidentiality of employee and payroll data.
