- Handle end-to-end HR operations for plant and office employees.
- Manage recruitment and manpower planning for technical, engineering, operator, and staff positions.
- Oversee onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Factory Act, CLRA, Shops & Establishment Act, and other labour laws.
- Handle attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and workplace conflict resolution.
- Coordinate performance management processes including KRA/KPI tracking and appraisal cycles.
- Drive training and development initiatives for employees across departments.
- Maintain HRMIS, employee records, dashboards, and monthly HR reports.
- Coordinate with department heads for workforce planning and organizational development.
- Handle contract labour management and vendor coordination.
- Support company culture-building, employee welfare, and retention initiatives.
- Ensure smooth implementation of HR systems and automation processes.
- Conduct employee counseling and support management in strategic HR decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA / PGDM in HR preferred.
- 4-5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial setup.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and factory HR operations.
- Experience handling blue-collar and white-collar workforce.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS systems, payroll coordination, and recruitment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMIS, and reporting tools.
