Job Description
HR Intern HR Intern will gain hands on experience in HR administration and people operations within a dynamic and creative environment. The role will support the HR department in daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes. Responsibilities Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including filing and maintaining employee records.
Work closely with the HR Generalist in the onboarding procedure for consultants' tutors. Assist with updating HR databases (e.g., staff lists, absence records, training logs, and records). Help prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and reference requests.
Support the recruitment process. Assist with onboarding processes, including preparing induction packs and setting up new starter files. Respond to routine queries or redirect as necessary.
Support HR projects, events, and wellbeing initiatives. Ensure all HR documents are compliant with GDPR and data protection regulations. Use and maintain HR systems, including Workday and Fourth, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
Education and Desired Skills Currently studying or recently graduated in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Good communication and organisational skills, with a willingness to learn and support day to day HR tasks. Reliable, detail oriented and able to handle information professionally and confidentially.
