Honeycomb is delighted to be recruiting a HR Administrator within the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service. This role is basked in Cookstown, and is for 6 months initially, with the potential for extension. Location: CookstownOrganisation: Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service Contract: Temporary for 6 months, with the potential for extensionPackage: Hourly rate £16.68Hours: 36.25 hours per week This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the delivery of operational learning and development across the organisation.
Working as part of a dynamic Learning & Development team, you will help ensure our people have access to high-quality training, innovative digital learning solutions and effective learning systems that support operational excellence.If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have strong administrative and technical skills, and are passionate about supporting learning and development, we would love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities:Provide professional administrative and front-of-house support to the Learning & Development CentreSupport the delivery and coordination of operational learning and development activitiesAct as a key contact for Learning Management System (LMS) users, providing helpdesk support and troubleshooting assistanceAssist in the creation and development of digital learning materials and online training resourcesProduce management reports and maintain accurate learning records in line with GDPR requirementsLiaise with training providers, suppliers and stakeholders across the organisationSupport the development of innovative learning solutions and blended learning approachesAssist with contract administration, purchase orders, invoices and finance trackingHelp maintain high standards of customer service and organisational support Essential Criteria:A HNC-level qualification in a relevant subject (e.g. Business Administration, IT, Multimedia)AND2 years' experience in a Learning & Development or administrative roleOR5 GCSEs (Grade C or above or equivalent), including English and Maths,AND5 years' experience in a Learning & Development or administrative role If you wish to apply in confidence, please submit your CV via the link provided or contact Ashlea Parte for further information.Applicants requiring adjustments or support during the recruitment process are encouraged to get in touch so that appropriate arrangements can be made.Please note: Successful candidates may be required to complete a Basic or Enhanced Access NI security check (fee of £18+).
