We are currently seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to support our daily operations. Job Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping team activitiesConduct routine inspections of villa units to ensure cleanliness and tidiness standards are metPrepare work schedules and assign tasks to housekeeping staffLead daily briefings to provide direction, updates, and motivation to the teamEnsure the availability and efficient use of cleaning equipment and suppliesProvide training and conduct performance evaluations for housekeeping staffHandle guest complaints related to cleanliness in a prompt and professional mannerPrepare daily and weekly reports related to villa conditions and operational needsCollaborate closely with the Operations team to ensure smooth property operations Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or equivalent roleOwn a personal vehicle and willing to work in a mobile setting (moving between properties)Good understanding of cleanliness standards and proper cleaning proceduresKnowledge of cleaning equipment and the correct use of cleaning materialsStrong time management and prioritisation skillsAble to work efficiently without compromising qualityDemonstrates leadership qualities
