Working with well-known hotel brands across the country, we deliver high-quality housekeeping operations and staff management services.Due to continued growth, we're now seeking an Operations Manager to support and manage a number of hotel sites across the South West and Wales region.

What You'll Be Doing:Overseeing housekeeping operations across a portfolio of hotel sitesSupporting and managing site-based teams to ensure service standards are consistently highWorking from home, with 3-4 days per week spent on-siteLeading on recruitment, onboarding, compliance, audits, and team developmentMonitoring KPIs and supporting budgeting, forecasting, and process improvementsAssisting with the mobilisation of new sites and supporting client relationships? About You:You have a strong understanding of hotel housekeeping operations and experience running or supporting busy departmentsYou're currently in a similar multi-site role or ready to step up from a senior hotel housekeeping positionYou have excellent leadership and people management skillsYou understand the full operational process, including rotas, stock, compliance, and budgetsYou hold a full clean UK driving licence and are happy to travel regularly across Bristol, Cardiff, the South West, and surrounding areasYou are flexible, proactive, and comfortable working independently What We Offer:£44,000 - £45,000 per yearPermanent, full-time contractCompany car + laptop + phonePrivate health insuranceLife insurancePension schemeMental health & wellbeing supportFamily and personal health support servicesClear long-term career progression opportunities Location:This is a home-based role, but due to the travel requirements, you must be based in or around the Bristol or Cardiff area.
