Opportunity:
Physician - Hematology Oncology
Job Details:
- Locum-to-permanent opportunity with ongoing coverage in a Medical Oncology and Hematology setting
- Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with potential for 3-6 night call shifts per month (5:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
- October start date
- 100% adult patient population
- 95% clinic-based and 5% hospital-based responsibilities
- 70% Oncology and 30% Hematology case mix
- EPIC EMR utilized for all documentation
- Average patient census of 22 patients per day with 2-3 new consults
- Credentialing timeline of 90-120 days following application submission
- Board Certification in Hematology or Medical Oncology required
- Hematology/Oncology Fellowship required
- Kentucky State License highly preferred
- COVID vaccination required
- BLS and ACLS certification required
- Outpatient and inpatient Hematology/Oncology experience required
- Intrathecal Chemotherapy experience required
- Intracavitary Chemotherapy experience highly preferred
- A Self-Query NPDB report required at time of presentation, pulled within 30 days
