Job Description
Customer Support Specialist Remote Equipment Provided $18-20/hr.
We are seeking dependable and customer focused professionals for a remote Customer Support Specialist/HelpDesk opportunity. This role is ideal for someone who communicates well, enjoys helping customers, and can thrive in a fast paced environment.
You will support customers through inbound calls, live chat, and email interactions. Team members will handle all three channels throughout training and daily operations, though not simultaneously.
Schedule • Monday through Friday • Saturday overtime available once fully trained • Strong attendance required • No time off permitted during the first 90 days due to training and onboarding
What you will do • Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email • Resolve issues efficiently with professionalism and empathy • Provide first level technical troubleshooting support • Document all customer interactions accurately in internal systems • Partner with internal teams to resolve escalated concerns • Stay current on products, services, and policy updates • Identify recurring issues or unusual trends and report accordingly • Maintain schedule adherence and communicate changes quickly
What we are looking for • High school diploma or GED required • 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment • Comfortable with basic technical troubleshooting and device support • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Detail oriented with solid organizational habits • Proficient with Microsoft Office and navigating multiple systems • Able to work efficiently in a high volume environment • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes and responsibilities
