Head of Revenue & Growth
The Head of Revenue & Growth oversees all revenue-generating activities across the organization, combining strategic leadership with hands‑on execution to drive sustainable growth. This role provides leadership for sales performance, agency development, and revenue planning while ensuring alignment within all other teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement revenue strategies aligned with organizational goals and market conditions.
- Set annual production targets and monitor performance.
- Oversee agency and producer performance, including onboarding, training coordination, and ongoing development.
- Partner with sales leadership to establish expectations, incentives, and accountability standards.
- Support key agency and producer relationships through meetings and field engagement.
- Coordinate with risk management teams to align growth initiatives with pricing, private product offerings, and risk appetite.
- Work with Marketing to ensure promotional strategies support revenue objectives.
- Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive factors affecting agricultural insurance revenue.
- Lead sales reporting, forecasting, and performance analytics to support decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to enhance revenue processes, efficiency, and scalability.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to revenue-related teams.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong understanding of agricultural insurance distribution and sales operations.
- Ability to analyze production data and translate insights into actionable plans.Effective leadership and communication skills across internal teams and external partners.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a regulated environment.
- High degree of professionalism and accountability.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 7 years of experience in sales, revenue management, or business development.
- Experience in agricultural insurance or a closely related industry required.
- Experience working with independent agents or agency‑based distribution preferred.
