Head of Operations

Promise Group is a leading Microsoft partner in CEE region, offering a wide range of products and services for clients from various economic sectors, including finance, telecommunications, media, energy, manufacturing, trade, services, public administration, education, and healthcare. The company has been operating since 1991 and, since 1996, has been the largest provider of Microsoft solutions in Poland. Promise Group specializes in software licensing optimization, IT systems design, implementation, maintenance, and business application development.

We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in the role of Head of Operations!

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end operational management in Poland and across the Group’s international entities
• Building, developing, and leading operational teams while strengthening their capabilities
• Oversight of key performance indicators (KPIs), costs, and team productivity
• Scaling and standardizing the operating model across new markets and preparing the organization for further growth
• Close collaboration with Finance, IT, Sales, and Compliance
• Designing, implementing, and continuously optimizing operational processes
• Identifying operational risks and implementing corrective actions and improvements
• Driving automation, management reporting, and systems integration

Our Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Operations / Shared Services
• At least 3 years of leadership experience within Operations / Shared Services
• Experience gained in technology, SaaS, or distribution companies
• Practical knowledge of process design, organizational scaling, and KPI-driven environments
• Very good command of English and Polish, C1 level
• High level of independence, ownership mindset, and strong problem-solving orientation
